  • How to solve the problem of Blue Screen

The problem of the blue screen or sand glass or frozen in MP3 results from the lost of firmware in the system of MP3 other than the hardware.As long as you adopt a right steps, upgrade or replace the firmware of the player,you can use it again. Please renew the firmware according to the following steps:

1# Download the mp3 player product tool(mp3 player product tool 5.11)

2# Download the new firmware(Please pay attention to choose the firmware according to type of the player as you buy) NOTE: If you cannot successfully update with the firmware £¬ please try another one instead.
Don't try to upgrade the firmware if your MP4 doesn't have the problem of Blue screen or dead or sandglass,as the player will be broken down when you can not upgrade it properly.

3#Install software (WINXP or WIN2000 operating system ) if you cann't install the "mp3 player product tool 5.11",click here

Open the ProductTool511 install package, double click "Setup.exe", enter setup interface, and click "Next" to complete the setup.

4# Run Product Tool (if you cann't install the "mp3 player product tool 5.11",click here )

In PC,Click "Start"-"Procedure"--"MP3 Player Product Tools"-"Product Tool" option,Run the program, press yes to produce the list.

then select one of the firmwares you have download,press"Replace"

press "yes" to replace the firmware

Then the tool interface will be opened, please connect the mp3 player to your pc. As the tool can identify only one USB port each time, so you can only insert only one USB device into the USB port, if no connection to any device, the tool will prompt "0 MP3 Player were detected ". In this case "Download" buttons are invalid.If succeed in identifying the USB port, the tool shows the lamp of the USB port. After succeed completed the USB port configures, as follow picture:

After the tool successfully identified the USB port, press the "download",and wait for some minutes

 

when you see the follow picture,turn off you mp3 player,disconnect it form pc,then turn it on,wait for 20 sec,if you still can't use it,turn it off,and turn on again.

NOTE:If your mp3 player still can't work with current firware, try the other firmware and repeat the above steps.
